FOUNDER/CEO

Brittney B. Sowell

BCreative LLC was founded on the belief that public agencies and nonprofits deserve marketing and design support tailored to their unique missions. With more than a decade of public-sector experience, including four years as a transit agency executive team member, Brittney understands the distinct challenges of serving communities and building public trust.

As Chief of Staff for a public transit agency, she led an award-winning outreach campaign during the COVID-19 pandemic, recognized statewide for its innovation. Since then, Brittney has continued to apply that same creative, people-first approach through BCreative, helping mission-driven organizations connect with their audiences, amplify their impact, and move their work forward.

Brittney is a proud graduate of the Leadership APTA Class of 2022 and served as  project manager for five award-winning marketing campaigns honored at the California Community Colleges PRO Awards in 2025. With a B.A. in English Literature and a love for both words and design, she combines strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail.

Today, BCreative is “small but mighty” — delivering marketing, communications, and graphic design solutions that act as an extension of your team or your outsourced marketing partner.
